Welcome to Duella. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Duella mobile application and related services ("Duella", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Duella.

1. Who can use Duella

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Duella. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@joinduella.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. Community and conduct

Duella exists to make disagreement productive. When you debate, post, or message on the platform, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group.
• Post hateful content targeting protected characteristics.
• Share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Spam, manipulate rankings, or disrupt the experience of other users.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the arguments and content you create. By posting on Duella, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service.

5. Rankings and features

Debate outcomes, rankings, and other gameplay features are provided for engagement purposes. We may adjust how they work, and we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or permanence.

6. Termination

You may stop using Duella at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

7. Disclaimers

Duella is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
